Nobody likes to make a mess when they clean... and nobody wants to damage furniture when they're cleaning their guns. Cleaning a gun requires solvents and oils (not to mention tools) that could damage the cleaning surface. A gun that is placed on an unsafe surface might see damage to its finish, too. Our vulcanized rubber gun cleaning mats provide a soft, non-stick surface that protects both your gun and the cleaning area. Our mats are resistant to fading, too, as we use dye sublimation printing to ingrain each image deep in the mat.
You've invested a lot of money in your firearms. There's no need to damage their finish unnecessarily. That's especially true of a fine gun like the Sig P238. Make sure your gun rests easy on one of our gun cleaning mats, which will protect its finish from unnecessary scratches, scuffs, and damage while you work to clean it.
No matter where you clean your Sig Sauer P238, you don't want to damage the work surface. Whether it's a kitchen countertop, a table, a workbench, a coffee table, or something else entirely, our gun cleaning mats will protect your cleaning surface and make it easy to keep tidy work space.
Introduced in 2009, the Sig Sauer P238 is chambered in .380 ACP. It's a compact pocket or ankle-holster pistol that bears a striking resemblance to the Colt Mustang (itself a .380 version of the 1911 design). Featuring a lightweight aluminum frame and a steel slide, the P238 is an able little compact pistol that still offers reasonable performance from the .380 round. Later models (2012 and after) have an ambidextrous thumb safety.
